Now who could confuse strata duty to insure with owner duty to replace worn out unit components ?
( Maybe plenty of people if they don't or cannot read BC's Strata Property Act and their own governance documents . .)
Owners fail to persuade BC’s CRT Tribunal, to order their strata corp - other owners - to replace their two worn out toilets !
NOR to pay for the $ 438 legal advice they claim they got before bringing the stupid claim forward. Is this a matter for the law society of B.C. ?
