REEFER MADNESS is targetted in first adjudication - B.C.'s CIVIL RESOLUTION TRIBUNAL 2016/12/08 00:41
CRT decision 1
Decisions are at not yet at

picked up by CondoMadness

# 1 with the respondent owner ex-parte (undefended ), new Tribunal head orders strata owner to halt smoking medically-prescribed marijuana ( and non-prescribed tobacco ) within his strata unit ( and within the strata complex). Such is contrary to a strata Rule & other owners' beefing which triggered strata FINES.

Chastises the smoker's medical expert ( letter ) for NOT believing that FOR PRACTICAL PURPOSES Canada's Supreme Court MJ judgment has somehow magically made ingestible MJ available lawfully despite Feds' (likely justified )fears of child access ! Yes it's being sold in voodoo shops in Ontario.

( I understand that right now the Federal government has still NOT approved any legal sale of ingestible marijuana eg cookies, candies. Outside Colorado & some other US states, the B.C. respondent may NOT have had that legally available smokeless substitute. But of course he could have taken his 'toking' somewhere else totally offsite. )

To criticize the pot-prescribing physician for knowing such, suggests this first adjudication MAY be headed for some criticism. Trouble down the road ? ? Final_Decision.pdf
