A Globe & Mail article recounts latest round of bitter disputes where badly deteriorated complexes are eagerly attracting BC demolishers with bags of cash.

Same or soon in Toronto ?

2 different judicial outcomes in Seymour Estates & Cypress Gardens disputes

( Ontario : see Condo Act 1998 part 8 & Reg 49/01 -Forms formerly 13 &14).

The BC complexes may be so-called "common law condos" = an even bigger free for all !
