Canadian Alliance for Condominium Owners' Rights (CAFCOR) was founded in May 2007 as a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the promotion and protection of the rights of condominium unit Owners across Canada.
Specifically our goals are:
- To provide condominium Corporations with direction and guidance in the principles of good governance and transparency
- To assist unit Owners and condominium Corporations in resolving disputes
- To advocate and intervene on behalf of unit Owners
- To serve as a source of information and education for the condominium community
- To lobby governments for reforms in condominium legislation and regulation which will better serve and protect the interests of unit Owners
