It is true Bob. Unfortunately, what will happen is that the owners in question fairly new to condo living, and don't understand the law. So I'll be the bad guy who is blocking their wish to a nicely decorated new floor, and the other director, who encouraged them, will be my unfortunate, innocent victim. But I have to live with that, because simply, their wish can't be granted, in my opinion, at this time.
