FLORIDA governancers get sued for July 2020 OWNER- BY- OWNER FOB -altering lockout consequences after bizarre acts of selective exclusion against voluntarily–disclosed positive-tested plaintiff owners.

Acts against individual owners to exclude access to some or all amenities ( unclear if ALL common elements totally & including elevators / hallways ! )

That’s instead of an amenity by amenity general shutdown barring entire ownership instead of named individuals.

Then facing protests the governancers sought a civil enforcement order of some kind that named into the public record the plaintiff targetted owners personally.

Plaintiffs' claims include or may centre on alleged "FALSE IMPRISONMENT".

( But unless all escape is blocked isn’t it oppression or property & civil rights infringements instead of “false imprisonment” confinement without escape ? )
