After contempt of court findings and 11th hour acts of resistance against court-ordered sale of her “Oasis Hostel” strata townhouse unit at “The Beeches”, notorious North Vancouver AirBnB dorm operator Emily Yu reportedly has physically departed it by Nov 30/20 deadline.

She had previously been arrested for defiantly padlocking the unit & removing For Sale signs.

City & strata compliancers had found 15 beds in 3 bedroom 5 tier unit as well as vending machines ! Beds in utility room too !

Over 3 year battle in various venues, S.R.L. self represented litigant Emily Yu demanded grand-fathering exemptions from 2016 Rule changes at this community of single family per dwelling units.
