CTV breaches WALL OF SILENCE around EXTRADITION OF EX-MANAGER accused of FRAUD 2020/02/27 22:00
CTV Calgary had to dig pretty hard to uncover details of what's behind an attempt by Calgary authorities to extradite from Britain a former longtime condo manager.

That individual has not been tried nor convicted and is entitled to the fullest presumption of innocence.

The individual's Linked In page cites almost 20 years of management activity.

TWO MILLION DOLLARS in client funds are discussed.

Amongst the personal assets now targetted by her former PMC employer - which claims to have reimbursed clients allegedly victimized - are high end autos. Didn't anyone consider how a manager could afford a Bentley ?

CTV reports that the PMC's lawsuit ( to recover from its ex-employee those compensations ) "was sealed, an unusual move that prevents public disclosure".

CTV claims it was able to source the claim alternatively from "public sources".
